Force people with existing clips to either register them with the government or sell them in a buyback program
Ban the manufacture of real assault weapons (Giffords proposal, they don't want police or military to have them)
Ban gun ownership of anyone convicted of misdemeanor hate crime
Ban online purchase of all bullets, guns, and GUN PARTS
Implement snitch clause to forcibly remove guns from someone family members accuse of something (“red flag” law)
Force eventual production of 100% "smart guns" (electronic owner recognition, wonder if Biden wants government to have a kill switch too)
Hold adults criminally and civilly liable for directly or negligently giving a minor access to a firearm, "regardless of whether the minor actually gains possession of the firearm".
The hate crime concept is a very dangerous one. Most reasonable people assume hate crimes is something like a perpetrator beating up a person because they are black, jewish, muslim or something similar. The problem is that "hate crime" can be weaponized as we have seen. The far leftists define it as any free speech which causes them stress or makes them uncomfrotable. For example, if the far left ever came to power it would be entirely possible that lets say if a person was convicted of embezzling money from their job company and said it was because they wanted to get their transgender boss in trouble, they could be convicted of a "misdemeanor hate crime" and banned from owning a weapon for life
And yes, if you have a gun in the house and a child, Biden wants to prosecute you. He is literally proposing this, if you have a gun in your night stand, even if your son or daughter does not know it or ever touch it, you can be prosecuted.

Interesting. I see nothing that will address mental health issues, we have 24k people that commit suicide a year by firearms. Also, there doesn't seem to be anything addressing the nightly shootings that happen in our inner cities across the nation.
Not really sure what an "assault weapon" is. Are we going to have to register all our hammers, knives, baseball bats, etc as well as firearms ?

Calm down, and think. IN the past 30 yrs the NRA has been telling good people the Dem's are going to take your guns, right? In this time there have been 3 two term dem presidents, and one one term, ( Jimmy Carter). Now, have you ever heard of any Dem. knocking on your door or anyone you know personally and taking their guns?

Mental health issues are mostly meth born. NOTHING about cutting off the meth inflow into this country. Nothing.
Get rid of the meth, lock up the addicts in concentration camps until they are clean, no matter how long that takes then release to back into society to try again.

The only think I know of was the "bump stock " ban. Bump stocks are a joke to begin with but he definitely waffled on those and shouldn't have. They are like a novelty toy. Although, give an inch and they will take a mile.
I think there was something else, dealing with people that didn't have the mental faculties to maintain their finances could lose their 2A rights. I'm not sure on that one though.
