Force people with existing clips to either register them with the government or sell them in a buyback program
Ban the manufacture of real assault weapons (Giffords proposal, they don't want police or military to have them)
Ban gun ownership of anyone convicted of misdemeanor hate crime
Ban online purchase of all bullets, guns, and GUN PARTS
Implement snitch clause to forcibly remove guns from someone family members accuse of something (“red flag” law)
Force eventual production of 100% "smart guns" (electronic owner recognition, wonder if Biden wants government to have a kill switch too)
Hold adults criminally and civilly liable for directly or negligently giving a minor access to a firearm, "regardless of whether the minor actually gains possession of the firearm".
The hate crime concept is a very dangerous one. Most reasonable people assume hate crimes is something like a perpetrator beating up a person because they are black, jewish, muslim or something similar. The problem is that "hate crime" can be weaponized as we have seen. The far leftists define it as any free speech which causes them stress or makes them uncomfrotable. For example, if the far left ever came to power it would be entirely possible that lets say if a person was convicted of embezzling money from their job company and said it was because they wanted to get their transgender boss in trouble, they could be convicted of a "misdemeanor hate crime" and banned from owning a weapon for life
And yes, if you have a gun in the house and a child, Biden wants to prosecute you. He is literally proposing this, if you have a gun in your night stand, even if your son or daughter does not know it or ever touch it, you can be prosecuted.
Extremely extreme.
I don't own a gun nor am I a gun nut, but this is still America.
Gun violence isn't a gun problem, it's a kids-without-proper-parenting problem.

Since guns use magazines, not clips, the first two items are essentially meaningless.
Banning "real assault weapons" is also meaningless, since there is no such thing.
The hate crime thing is worrisome, since Dems are so stupid they would probably categorize giving someone a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke as a hate crime.
.....etc., etc. Just another hysteria fueled, unconstitutional proposal for which Liberals are famous. It's almost as if Biden wants to lose this election. He's so damn dumb, I'm starting to think he's a Republican plant.
"Shall not be infringed" is a limitation on GOVERNMENT ....not a limitation on the people.
And you don't get to decide what I need or don't need.
There is no qualifier after "shall not be infringed" that says "except what brennen2323 thinks should be restricted".
And more laws won't prevent anything that the existing laws don't.
That's one way to look at it. The other is that the prefatory language "a well regulated Militia" could be argued that the Framers intended only to restrict Congress from legislating away a state's right to self-defense. This theory is called "the collective rights theory." A collective rights theory of the Second Amendment asserts that citizens do not have an individual right to possess guns and that local, state, and federal legislative bodies therefore possess the authority to regulate firearms without implicating a constitutional right.

You forgot this part.
Article the fourth... A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Where to start? The second amendment is not about hunting but protection from a tyrant government. Registering is a step before confiscation. An EMP would do terrible things to people's guns if they are loaded down with electronics. One is in pretty bad shape if they are using an AR-15 as an assault gun for it isn't one. I drop you in the forest to go hunting, you get lost, slide down a gully and injure your arm; do you want to try to load your rifle one handed then or would you rather have magazines you can insert in? And finally......
..........if it isn't your thing, then why do you want to make your desires the law of the land?
I don't want to make my desires the law of the land. I just would prefer more restrictions with gun control. Just because guns aren't my thing doesn't mean I can't have any say in it. Using your argument then since trump supporters are so pro-life then men shouldn't have any say in what a woman does with her body, correct? Your logic goes both ways.
