That was the defense of the pedo's caught on TO CATCH A PREDITOR. If you think the girl is 15 you are committing a felony. That is the case even if you are texting a police officer posing as a 15 year old.

I don't know if anyone already posted that Giuliani said when he pulled the mic wire out, his shirt tails came undone so he was tucking in his shirt. The men I know unzip their pants so they drop a bit, then tuck in their shirt and zip up. He didn't do that. Funny when you consider the text messages Hunter sent to Creepy Joe about smoking crack in front of his niece, taking topless pics of her and walking around naked in front of her. Creepy Joe didn't report it, which is a crime in itself. Is that because it was a normal occurrence in the Biden family?

I find it more telling that he felt perfectly comfortable reaching over and patting her several times. Not to mention, he's so easily duped. If he couldn't tell she wasn't a professional journalist just by how she was touching his leg and saying that she "feels like Melania," then he's even dumber than I originally thought he was. What an absolute bonehead.
It's kind of funny, but Rudy didn't do anything wrong. He was punked by a pretty woman fawning and flirting with him and that goofy Borat guy. Typical reaction and awkward behavior when attractive young women flirt with old men, and she had been touching him. Course he was a little worked up. Give the guy a break.
regardless of her age, no man should ever assume he's going to "get some" from a female tv reporter the way this played out. Oddly enough i think "Borat" bursting into the room at that point saved Giuliani from something major. He was definitely an instant away from "he took it out" status. LOL
you'd think that giuliani would have caught on when cohen/borat suggested "if i was you i'd stick to marrying my cousin".
