You miss the point -- I know it's complicated.

Trump has openly admitted he will not be so 'giving' to blue states because they don't support him.

Biden is saying --- when a state is in need he won't determine his policy based on their political party......and then he will point out that red state x needs help ----- and that he would help them.

That's the point.

And we have always had politicians that are a little more giving to their own but never before has it been so obvious that if you are a blue Governor -- Trump is not going to take your call.

And that's not the UNITED States
