Legally? No. Look up fetal homicide laws. Homicide: the deliberate killing of one person by another; murder. If a fetus isn't a person, fetal homicide laws couldn't exist.

Apples to oranges? Let's compare, instead, humans to dogs. We neuter dogs so they don't breed indiscriminately. Perhaps people who breed like dogs need to be neutered as well.
