Looking at news footage of the riots, it seemed pretty clear that a large amount of destruction was done by the far right, and some done by young people who wanted merchandise, although a lot of loud protesting was done by left wing democrats, and the most peaceful of protests were done by people just left of center.
I was watching the Regg Inkognito stream of the riots the night after the 3rd precinct burned, when most of the intersection of Lake and Chicago went up in flames. I live in the area but my lungs were shot from recovering from covid so I didn't want to go out with all the smoke and tear gas.
It was clear from that footage of Lake and Chicago that most of the people there were folks of all races from the surrounding neighborhoods just milling around, taking in the scene. It was 90% giant street party at first. The fires were being set by one or two groups of highly organized white people trying to create as much destruction as possible. They weren't interacting with anyone else in the crowd. They had a hostile demeanor towards everyone else and were dressed in tactical gear. It is all on film. They didn't look like antifa. I'm guessing they were Boogaloo. Whoever they were those ***holes burned down my neighborhood. They can rot in jail for the rest of their lives.

Either way, charge these idiots for terrorism and let them rot in prison.
I'm not going to search through images, but I think we all remember "Umbrella Man" from early on, and many other videos just like that of lone, black dressed individuals who were quickly going around, nearly silently, destroying property.

So, just so we are all clear. By looking at news footage, you were able to figure out how someone stands politically? By looking at someone, you can tell if they are far-right, left wing dems, or left of center? This is absurd.

There were people caught breaking store front glass on camera in hidden masks so the looters could do the rest.
I knew they were right wing agent provacteurs from the start stirring up trouble.
There were many stores with the front windows broken out with zero stolen.
Who does that except people stirring up ****?
There was looting and then these turds started the fires, they were right on camera doing it. The looters were bad enough but these anarchists need to be put down permanently.
