Biden Gun Plan Called 'Most Aggressive and Dangerous' Ever Put Forth By Major Candidate

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden caught heavy flak this week for plans to restrict firearm ownership in the United States.

Publicly available for some time now, Biden’s official gun policy proposal was met with substantial scrutiny for the first time Wednesday, dragged into the wider political conversation by ideologically opposed commentators Tim Pool and Steven Crowder.

Joe Biden wants to disarm Americans so his brownshirt armies (pAntifa, BLM, etc) can go to any neighborhood and bully the residents. Joe Biden is far too dangerous for America.

From Biden's website: https://joebiden.com/gunsafety/#

He wants to hold gun manufacturers civilly liable for their products, I shoot someone and the manufacturer is considered at fault? That doesn't apply to other products.

He wants to ban the manufacture and sale of what he calls assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. (This allow only criminals to have them in their possession, and create a huge black market, maybe Biden has some stakes in such a black market via China???)

And, there is a lot more he wants to do in this area, but this is what I do not agree with as I studied history and knows where something like this goes:

"Buy back the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities. Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act."

What I have in my house is none of the government's business!

The only plus is that the industry is booming right now creating jobs in the US out of fear of both the restriction and what will happen if the Dems cheat their way to victory this time.

I don't like this either, because if you live in rural areas, it is very discriminatory:

"End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts."

I know before when they were talking about not letting people with mental health issues have firearms, they were going to look at their medical records and if they had taken ANY medication that is prescribed for mental health issues at any time, they would NOT be able to own a weapon. A very valid and concerning issue is someone who has been living in a domestic violence situation, we'll say female/male, and had at one time been prescribed such a medication, and now would be forbidden under their uninformed laws, not to have a weapon to defend themselves.

Funny how when the Police shoot someone, no one blames the gun manufacturer.

Biden obviously wants to disarm Americans and destroy the gun industry. Will be much easier to force their views/policies on a populace that doesn't have guns.

Hah really?

"Gun Owners of America, for its part, told The Western Journal on Wednesday that the plan was among the most “draconian” it had ever seen from a serious electoral contender."

So a gun advocacy group has come out against a gun control policy. In other breaking news, ttboy has discovered that water is wet and will be posting the details here shortly.

The Second Amendment is in place in case the politicians ignore the others.

The United States Constitution (c) 1791. All Rights reserved.

Just to remind you guys of a key point, no one would win such a suit against the gun manufacturers.

The entire point of making them immune to litigation was to thwart plans to bankrupt the gun makers by burying them in litigation.

It's a gross attempt to abuse the legal system to get around the constitution.
