Joe is hiding. It's the way of the DEMS when they don't want to be asked real questions about their corruption.
President Trump on the other hand is out campaigning, greeting children for trick or treat at the White House, doing interviews and TWEETING not to mention fulfilling daily requirements of the Presidency. It bugs the hell out of leftists that he does all this while all they do is scramble to keep news of their corruption out of the news.
Well, he's scheduled to be in both GA and FL this week. Not sure other than that - I think Obama is doing some stops for him, too.
Why isn't Hillary out there speaking for Biden?
Biden's hardlers encourage him to stay out of the public. The less he says the less behind they get. They can't trust him and what he says. If he makes it to the white house, dems know they will take it from there and they can run down to the white house basement and tell Biden what to say when necessary.
Trump tends to go out and do these big rallies, with large crowds of his most ardent supporters. I know he loves to bask in the adulation, but does this really bring him any more votes? These people were all voting for him anyway.
Why go out. No one except paid supporters even show-up. There's zero enthusiasm for him & his running mate.
He doesn't represent the "People". He represents Big Tech & their fake MSM, Billionaires, Establishment Politicians, & Celebrities. Oh, and the sheeple they've taught to hate Trump over the past 4 years through their fake partisan news.
It's amazing that someone who can't put a coherent thought together & has done nothing for 47 years in office (except enrich himself) might be President.

Perhaps explain how the consensus is that he "won" two head-to-head meetings between him and Trump if he can't put a coherent thought together - BTW have you listened to your supreme commander ? He is not exactly making sense except when he is slinging mud.
As for popularity Biden will very likely win the election and the popular vote. That is something true at the this moment and likely also true in 8 more days too. People are not waiting in line for two hours in Texas, GA and FL to vote for Trump.
