Who cares if Trump made fun of a handicapped reporter. It wasn't right and it was mean but Trump was on a roll at the rally. He was caught up in the moment.

I know you want to hang on to the fact that Trump one time mocked himself in the same way, for being clumsy and oafish, and that was funny.

This wasn't. He was openly mocking a disabled reporter, and no amount of saying it's not true will make most of the public decide not to believe their own eyes and ears.
