It is hilarious to me that the posters on this forum DAILY call anyone who doesn’t worship Trump an evil leftist who must be destroyed but come unglued when anyone dare be half as vehement toward their side.

The base isn't what is going to win Trump the election.
I've always thought moderates/independents hate this court stacking thing -- and Trump is pulling out the stops. He most definitely has admitted choosing her for HIS agenda.
Not sure moderates/independents/swing voters think that's cool.
But you know base loves it.
So this energizes Trump -- makes him feel like -- look what I did....but it could be one of the things he said -- look what I did if he loses.

You don’t have to adore her. But you did call an intelligent, accomplished woman a “scumbag” simply because she is conservative. And just because we don’t despise Trump with every fiber of our being doesn’t mean we worship him.

in the last week, a poll showed a majority approved her appointment.
No telling what results a week from now mean about her appointment.
I thought she made it pretty clear tonight - and during the hearings - that her personal preferences would make no difference in her legal rulings. She's ruled against pro-life folks before.
