I don't care so much about a conservative majority as having judges that enforce our laws and constitution without political bias. I do believe that conservative judges do this more so than liberal ones. Liberals on the court have historically ruled based on their political persuasion, regardless of law and constitution. Conservatives have done it as well, but not as much.

Which are the good policies that we can expect from a congress that can't even pass a budget. Even the supreme court is now being politicized just like congress.
