Yay! (And no, it’s not 6-3). Now if the worst happens and the Leftists take over both the WH and the SENATE, we at least have a way to see that our constitutional rights are protected.

democrats don't deserve a say anymore in this nation imo. we have no hope of bettering ourselves if they want to better everyone but us.

Yep, ACB negates that jerkweed's narcissism and judicial tyranny. 5-4 solid majority for textualism. The US Constitution is once again protected, even if by a fragile majority.

More like conservatives using the court to push their agenda and block any progress we as a country have made since the days of Thurgod Marshall court and more then likely try to reverse the progress we have made so far.

This country is in for one bumpy ride.
