Really. And anyone wants to see something clearly unedited, just look at the video of Biden on the View last spring. It was horrible. He just couldn't express a coherent thought.
Why do you think he hides in his basement half the time? Is he terrified of Covid? Or are his handlers terrified people will see that he frequently is not all there? I think all of you know the answer whether you will admit it or not.

The point being: These are the early signs of Dementia and for Joe, it seems to be advancing to mid range, from just listening to him over the last few months.
How does his wife keep a straight face when he talks like that? When he is in interviews, he starts rambling and the person interviewing him look "perplexed"

Thanks for this groundbreaking info guys. Occasionally mispronouncing words or stuttering is clearly as bad as committing multiple impeachable offenses and directly contributing to over 200k deaths.
