And yet if we dare point at another Country's poor or filth it's an outrage. Heck if we point at the poor or poorly educated in the Non-fly over States it's an outrage.
Y'know, many months ago (maybe a year or two ago), there was a poll on C-D that asked whether people would rather be stuck on a deserted island with an illegal immigrant who didn't speak English or a college graduate.* Overwhelmingly, people voted for the immigrant citing such reasons as immigrants work hard and they don't sit around complaining and feeling sorry for themselves.*

That is how I feel about those people who put down rural working-class people who know how to fix a leaky faucet or chop wood or bake from scratch or . . . the list goes on and on. I have said it before, and I will say it again, that I would a thousand times rather live next to a mechanic than I would a lawyer or stockbroker.

*I might have gotten the details wrong, but it was something like that, and the result was the same.

Who is doing the rating? Links?

Willingly? Everyone in agreement to the split? I don't see any scenario for even breaking it down and working out the details.

They need to be rounded up and deported or silenced.
Yes, they would destroy what they had, and try to take ours, just like they destroy cities, and then move away to destroy another one.

I want the states that produce on my side, and that should be easy. We'll be producing food on our side, and the other side can produce "thoughts". Ranking high in education? Be sure to include their "victory" garden in their higher educated plan.

Seriously, nearly everything would be eliminated by the environmentalists. When one picks apart any energy source, there are downsides, some very serious.

Sounds good to me! Sadly, the left side would sneak into the right side and try to ruin it too.

The South? Where do get that idea? The South is not holding me back.

That is true. Most of the people on C-D seem to only have knowledge of metro areas, and get that knowledge from MSM. Sadly, the metro areas are controlling too much, even in KS. People from outside the states move in fleeing the mess they made somewhere else, and then turn it into a mess like they just left.

outside the big cities of the west liberal states, there is also not a large population .... the liberals could pay someone to take care of the farms.

how would red america get rich? if most of the red states are economically poor and have poor social indicators, it doesn't make any sense . Only California and New York concentrate half of the American economy ... there is not much left for the rest.

Repped before I read the last sentence.

Um, no. We don’t do that. Our ideas are better than theirs; they have just been misled. We need to fix the mechanisms responsible for the misleading, and the rest will take of itself over time.

In the same way billions are fleeing from California and New York to the red states due to the insane liberal policies.

I also suspect the liberal cities are stealing funds from the red states. Probably through little known Federal grants that are misguided but favor these places.

The whole conversation is ridiculous, the minute secession became a reality, states would fall apart. Rural, small town vs. City divide. All of the active secessionist movements are about breaking up states, like Jefferson.
