Of course this is the game plan. In a year or two, Uncle Joe will need to step aside due to health reasons which are already obvious to most anyone and which of course will only become worse, perhaps quickly. Then Harris will be crowned queen. It's not by accident the powers that be in the Dem party chose her as his running mate. The far left will have won.
Y'know, those believing this "unhealthy-Joe" idea should be more concerned about having a mentally disturbed, dishonest and incapable juvenile delinquent remain in office. But I know some completely overlook that being the reality.
Is Joe Biden is afraid to come out of his basement? His handlers do let him come out a couple weeks a month. If he can only campaign half time, does he think he can do the job of president half the time? And who are those handlers who let him out of the basement every other day?
Who is running the country now? When the virus hit and Trump was complaining about states curtailing business, did he even know that IRS processing centers were closed? That's his responsibility. They still haven't caught up on the backlog. Millions of people and businesses still haven't received their refunds and now the IRS has to pay them additional interest.

If you think Biden is more articulate and coherent than Trump, I give up. (And I really find it amazing that leftists are objecting to those of us “harping” on evidence about Biden’s corruption when they went non-stop with their Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. The hypocrisy is unreal.)
I think most people fully understand that Joe has good days and bad days, cognitively speaking.
But if you aren’t able to predict which day Joe will be able to function in advance, that means he can’t really do anything except the ceremonial part of the job.
So who would really be making the actual day to day decisions and running the country? I’m not certain it would be Harris, as the VP sometimes has conflicting duty and can’t always be at the White House getting briefed on a rapidly developing situation.
That leaves the White House Chief of Staff as the person who will likely be making a lot of the decisions? Or somebody else?
I hate Democrats for potentially making this nightmare scenario a reality.
Pete Buttigieg will be the Shadow President. He's articulate, forthright and honest and knows how to run a political operation, literally from the ground up. He's also an experienced combat veteran and knows how to win over people----even those who might otherwise take issue with his personal orientation.
If Biden gets in it will make 9/11 look like a picnic.......he won't last 90 days. If a nuke is on the way do you want Joe with the trigger for his 90 days?

This isn’t a guess ... these are the people already listed as “advisors” and Transition team. For Domestic Policy, it will be a Battle between Pelosi and the Radical Squad.
Overall - TeamBiden will be much like TeamObama. PAY TO PLAY and detrimental Foreign Policy
