“We are coming to dismantle this deeply oppressive, racist, sexist, utterly bankrupt system of capitalism. We cannot and will not stop until it is dismantled, and we replace it with a socialist world, based on solidarity, genuine democracy, and equality.” Kshama Sawant, ([...] YouTube) Seattle City Council, District 3
“To make the individual sacred we must destroy the social order that crucifies him. And this problem can only be solved with blood and iron.” Leon Trotsky, Terrorism and Communism, 1920
"Here’s a question for you: When a young man dressed entirely in black, uses a racial justice protest to conceal himself so he can break windows, incinerate retail shops and cafes, pelt cops with bottles, rocks and fireworks, and spread mayhem across the city, what is the political message he is trying to send?
...
These scenes were repeated in over 400 cities across the country many of which are still either in ruins, boarded up, or in some phase of digging out. On a strictly financial basis, the losses are incalculable, much more than many small businesses will ever be able to manage. On a psychological level, however, the damage is much worse. Imagine watching everything you’ve worked for your entire life callously destroyed in a senseless orgy of mob violence that lasts maybe just a few hours. The trauma can’t be fixed by simply installing new windows or sweeping up the broken glass. It will last for as long as you live. Thousands of families have seen their futures go up in smoke while the perpetrators slipped away entirely unscathed. ..."
Who is there to stop this?
Aren't there any non-Communists or non-Christians left in the whole wide world?
"All around us, chaos rings
Buildings crumbling down
Silhouettes in the fiery rain
Timbers crash to the ground
Bring my spear, invested with my youth
Bring the children near, they must now be told the truth
Old and young and those of foreign tongue
Are you ready to fight?"

Well, if the focus is on being not-communist, without regard to how things are working out in practice for tens or hundreds of millions of people, then it is what it is. Tell them all to work harder/smarter if you want, but I'm not sure I'll join in that adventure.
I did not even get through the first paragraph to notice the article was straight up BS.
"A sovereign nation, with the largest military in Europe and centuries of history was taken over with little bloodshed."
Little bloodshed my ass. There was around ten million casualties.
"The Bolsheviks “softened up” the population so that the coup would be embraced and resistance would be minimal."
The resistance was not minimal, since it was a five year or so civil war, and insurgencies continued into the late 1920's.
The article is garbage, the comparisons are garbage, all of it is BS.
The same Antifa that was there then is here now... with the same agenda and MO... why change it when people refuse to learn history. The same potential for starvation that happened in the Holodomor can happen anyplace that imports its food and has alien banksters/barkeeps owning the farmland. Insurgents were carted off to Gulag on railroad cars, just as they carted them off from Latvia and Estonia. It's not that far to Gulag from Washington State, in this day and age.
You have your own reasons for not seeing the similarities, I suppose, but that doesn't mean they're not there.
The same MO was carried out in France that happened in Russia... that 'king's keeping all the grain' nonsense... when in reality, it was the Communists that had bought it and used it to enrage the peasants against a king who had been righting what was wrong... the peasants were said to be a happy and thriving people by those who toured the land before the French Revolution. This same starvation tactic drove little German boys and girls into prostitution after the allies stopped dropping the bombs that had killed their parents.
Starvation is used to turn normal everyday people into Communists. And if it's not starvation its the liberal education at the nation's colleges. Where it used to be illegal to be a Communist in America... McCarthy proved that there really had been bunches of them in government for years... much good it did America. The current president has nothing but Communists portrayed on the walls of state... the one exception is puzzling indeed. There's a Communist Living In The White House isn't a comedy routine. Neither is the downfall of America at the hands of the Bolsheviks.
