Very few COVID-19 cases and 4% unemployment in Vermont and 6% in Maine.

Looks like they discouraged tourism in Maine and Vermont knowing that once nationally this particular coronavirus is under control with a wide selection vaccines nationwide people will be taking Spring, Summer and Fall trip in droves.

After the sad state affairs in 40 out of 50 states, a vacation in the summer or fall to Maine and Vermont sounds very appealing. I am sure the hospitality industry will likely have an incredible decade coming up in those two states.

I think so far the verdict is out which states have handled this the best so far.

Amazing, how while a vast majority of the rest of the country is in the midst of a 1918 level pademic winter that Vermont and Maine by taking COVID-19 seriously by having long quaratines for outsiders that are enforced, lots of testing and contact tracing that can actually be done correctly that they rang out the virus so that cases are less likely to spiral out of control compared to other cold weather states.
