the rules should have been set up for this years ago. If not it shows how incompetent our various board of elections are. Whatever the rules were a year ago they should be used today. No last minute changes to benefit one side or the other.

Am I the only one who finds the accusation of illiteracy in this poorly worded and grammatically inept post hilarious? Maybe if you want to accuse people of being illiterate, you should figure out how to write a post that doesn't sound like it went through Google translate first.

Of course not. There is the famous "Dewey Defeats Truman!" headline of 1948, to give what I think is the most famous example. https://www.trumanlibrary.gov/photograph-records/58-358

And even worse was the Bush-Gore debacle in 2000, but Bush had been declared the winner despite the controversy (and I am very sad about that!), but that involved a lot of questionable ballots (hanging chads, the suggestion that due to the way some ballots fit into their slots, that some people thought they were voting for Gore, but were actually voting for Bush, and other issues). Gore finally conceded on December 13 (!), but he said he did it for the good of the country, and not because he actually believed he did lose. Here is a summary of that election: https://www.britannica.com/event/Uni...ection-of-2000. And here is a summary of Gore's decision to concede: https://www.history.com/this-day-in-...ntial-election

So, in short, I do NOT trust our current voting system AT ALL, and I think it needs to be changed so there is no question about vote counts. However, that is not going to happen THIS year, and that is why I wrote what I did n the post to which you responded. In any case, if we still don't know who REALLY won by December 1, I think all "hell" is going to break loose, and especially if Trump wins. (Most conservatives don't riot.)

The National Standard should be that the vote must be exclusively in person and 3 days only to vote in advance ALSO PERSONALLY. The vote in person and the ballots should not have any barcode and numbers on the margins. No receipt to obtain the ballot at all. OTHERWISE THE VOTE IS NOT SECRET AND DIRECT AS STATED IN THE CONSTITUTION ! PERIOD,PERIOD,PERIOD ! Since the Democrat party has become the Socialist and Marxist party, they have influenced for our election process be prostituted and our vote devaluated.

Indeed. Doubt it will make much difference in the outcome.

I doubt many Democrats are voting for Trump. There could be a few, some Trumplicans registered as Democrats so they could vote in the Democratic primary.

I doubt many of the independent voters will vote for Trump.

I suspect many registered Republicans will not be voting for Trump either. I know a few myself.

for the most part, people in the USA could just avoid the counting delay by already mailing in their ballot.. if they are procrastinators, they will wait till the last minute. Why do that? I suppose voters in foreign countries might have an issue about the mail taking way too long from their foreign country to get to America, but still I cant beleive that someone in america would wait till the last minute to mail in their absentee ballot.

HARRISBURG — Potentially thousands of mail ballots requested by Butler County voters appear to be lost, a county official said Wednesday, and the U.S. Postal Service has been asked to immediately investigate what happened to them.

I'm not going to stop because what I say is the TRUTH like it or not ! Democrats are the majority of voters in this nation and are the ones who domain and control the election departments in each county of the Union. Very few republicans can work in the polls. Rural poverty as you discriminate also are humans and have rights no matter what. The reference I write here is in regards of MY OWN EXPERIENCE everytime I go to vote in the big metro area where I do live: Precincts full of idiots and morons with attitude FOR NOTHING ! Typical Demorats ! Sorry but not so sorry.
