I know someone reading this might have parents with a 401k or IRA worth a couple of million that they may inherit.
If you vote for Biden and the cost basis of that IRA is 500k and it is now worth 2 Million (not an unrealistic scenario), under his tax plan you will have to pay the govt. $225,000 in capital gains taxes when sold. Under Trump you would pay $0.00
Biden plan = Pay $225,000 in taxes
Trump plan = Pay $0.00 in taxes
You could pay in excess of $594,000 in tax depending on your income level if his plan to treat capital gains as ordinary income is enacted. If the size of the entire estate exceeds 3.5 Million, Biden would tax anything over 3.5 Million at 45%.
I read Trump is doing something like 14 rallies in 3 days? In PA, NC, AZ, WI, IA, GA, etc.
The energy of that man is phenomenal.
Biden definitely does not have anywhere near that energy or drive.
All of which translates to about 0. Well maybe desperation on Trump's part. We will see shortly.
