Common sense, it’s real!
I've already posted the update from YOUR ARTICLE saying that the documents have been found and returned.

Stop suggesting that the story is fake. You're literally lying at this point. You know the truth, yet you're still telling falsehoods - that's lying.

I'm not really doubting that there was some court case where that defense was used, or something, but it sure does seem like the people saying it don't actually know what it is that they're talking about. Do you?

That was tough....

...A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit against Fox News after lawyers for the network argued that no "reasonable viewer" takes the primetime host Tucker Carlson seriously, a new court filing said...

...Yet despite Mr Carlson’s statement that “the facts of the story” are “undisputed”, Fox News’s attorney, Erin Murphy, told the judge hearing the case that “there’s no statement that a reasonable viewer would understand in this context to state something provably false” – and argued that viewers simply do not consider Mr Carlson a source of factual news...

...“Would a reasonable viewer be coming here [to ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’] and thinking, ‘This is where I’m going to be hearing the news of the day’?” Fox News attorney Erin Murphy asked in a hearing-via-telephone on Wednesday, according to reporter Frank G. Runyeons’s story at Law360.com...

Do I need to go on? There's tons more in that Google search above.

In a bizarre twist of Russian agitprop, Tucker Carlson is upset that the ONLY COPY of evidence against Biden was lost. The critical piece that would, finally, shine the light on the “Biden crime family” just got lost by mail. Gosh darn it!

The dog ate my homework! I swear!
UPS lost it. That would be the last time I did business with them. The flashdrive was out of the envelope and reportedly found on the FLOOR by a UPS hourly worker in the warehouse. Where they claim there are no cameras....and anyone who has ever been inside or worked in a UPS facility KNOWS there are cameras everywhere. It just gets crazier and crazier.

I'm shocked at the number of people who have made statements such as this.

I think everyone agrees that the documents in question, assuming they're real and legit, are very sensitive.

Have you been paying attention for the last five years? Email isn't secure. How many times do you have to see private emails being published before that sinks in?

If you want to securely transfer a document between two physical locations, you have to securely transfer the document. Email isn't secure. No electronic medium is, although some are better than others.

Sending documents through the various carriers is very common. It's why FedEx exists. Those ubiquitous cardboard envelopes that are slightly larger than a sheet of paper are that size for a reason.

Except that it wasn't, and the original story has been updated, and I already posted the update here.

You're basically saying that you don't believe ANYONE, and that whatever nonsense you thought up in your head simply must be true, because you want it to be.

The Postal Service is barred from opening the most common classes of mail due to 4th Amendment protections.

UPS and FedEx have no such restrictions, as they're not agents of the government.

Both will/do open packages they suspect of containing any type of contraband. They have legal obligations to satisfy wrt what they're carrying, and they're not bound by the 4th Amendment.

I don't use Google, and won't click on that link.

Can you just point to a SINGLE source? That's what I asked for. Any one of those links will do, just not one pointing to Google. Thanks.

LOL

Sure. If you want to keep your kids from seeing your porn or whatever. The people involved at these levels have access to technology which can get through it in the time it takes to brew a cup of coffee.

Again, EMAIL IS NOT SECURE. Encryption helps, but it's not a solution.
