According to news reports Dr Scott Atlas's advice to stop testing asymptomatic people in order to have lower positive test rates seems to have some effect in some states. This aligns with Trump's constant messaging that if only testing would stop the positive test rate would go down. History will judge DR Atlas had degraded the creditability of the Trump response to the Pandemic after Biden wins the election he will have a tough time re-entering medical world end up retiring from medicine all together.
