Well, he is partially right. He knows he won't need the votes of real people when his Democratic co-horts plan on stealing the election for him no matter how far behind he is in any actual vote count.
All of you saying he also slurred something else to Michiganders don't understand that "I don't need you to get me elected" is a complete and comprehensive assertion.
He'll also SOON find out that blacks aren't stupid, and still black, even if they don't vote for him!! And blacks will no longer be pandered to and taken for granted by the Democrat (plantation) Party! Many are voting for Trump, respect, and jobs!!
i keep trying to see bidens (and obama) crowd, and they never show it. i closed my eyes and listened to cars and crowd sound and oh boy, no wonder they dont show it! i imagined maybe 30 or 40 cars?

I believe that Biden was misspeaking. But that is a bad misspeaking from a guy who might not be able to mentally finish 4 years in office.
If a mainstream media source said that he didn't say it, it is because the mainstream media source is a DNC-state-run-media pushing out propaganda to protect Democrats.
