14 year olds "in the popular crowd" would exclude those who aren't in their crowd.
If you wanted to join in a Trump car parade, no one would stop you from doing so. In fact, they would welcome your participation. How is that "acting like a 14 year old"? Do tell.
And using the military anthems as music for their show of strength? Military anthems that belong to the US of A, the military, and belong at events like July 4 and Veterans Day and are not the possession of a political party? Yeah, I do feel uncomfortable with it. It seems like gloating and bragging. And, as always, taking a part of Americana that's just as much mine as theirs, and calling it theirs. Taking our rousing military anthems and use them to rally for a draft dodging president who disparaged our military heroes who weren't "winners".
Military anthems aren't yours, Republican ralliers. And get out of the roadway before you cause further delays and wrecks.
But yes, at the very beginning of the peaceful protests over a cop kneeling on a man's neck until he died, people gathered kind of somberly, sometimes with candles, sometimes with signs. Not blocking roadways. Angry and sad and frustrated, and wanting change. Yes, that did look different to me. And it felt different to me, than these honking shouting trump banner waving road blocking parades.

BTW, I remember being in elementary school (and it wasn't on a military base) and being taught the songs of the various branches of the military.
Later, in HS I did attend a school on a military base. Every football game, we in the marching bad played the Navy branch song "anchors aweigh". One time our rival team was from another Navy base. We did an encore of that song.
I can assure you that no one is offended when military branch songs are played.
BTW, Trump never disparaged military members. You are confusing him with Biden who called soldiers "Stupid b*stards". As for "draft dodging", Biden did it, too. Are you going to go after him for that?

I remember when cars had to wait in very long lines in order to get gasoline (1973/74). The irony here is not lost on me.
This doesn't change anyone's mind on who they're going to vote for. >100 million people have already voted. At least 70% of all likely voters.
Trump supporters have a car parade and you are fretting about "gas and...build-up of carbon emissions". Talk about being a hypocrite. You support Biden who wants to throw the border wide open and grant amnesty and citizenship to every illegal alien. Never mind that illegal aliens have high carbon footprints. Never mind that they trample over fragile desert eco-systems. Not to mention that we don't have unlimited potable water or buildable land. But that's okay with you, correct?
Meanwhile, Trump supporters have car rallies and you whine about it. You and your ilk whined over him having rallies because of COVID. Now that they are in cars and not in a huge packed crowd you whine about that, too. Talk about being disingenuous.

I have been very vocal, for months, in condemning ANY destruction of property, or harming people, or intimidating people, or blocking roadways.
Yeah, but it's everything else you've been writing that's so contrary to those who support traditional American values, love our country (warts and all), still believe America is the greatest country in the world and want to keep it that way...without turning it into a Socialist hell hole. News flash: People can be kind and compassionate and still be capitalists.
