In a Facebook post liked and shared thousands of times, Bell asserted that the state Department of Health has sent a letter to thousands of voters informing them they they “must remain quarantined and not vote in person on election day.”
If they fail to obey the order, they face possible arrest.
“Do you believe the Wolf administration is attempting to silence voters—hours before the most important election in American history?” the post continued.
In a follow-up post that also generated thousands of shares and likes, Bell said the state health secretary, Dr. Rachel Levine, is “trying to keep thousands of Pennsylvania voters QUARANTINED on election day. This is BIG!!!” And in a Facebook broadcast Monday, she called it a “stunning, shocking twist.”

Even your ridiculously slanted and biased article admits this wasn't a letter to "voters", it was a letter to people who were identified as close contacts of those who had tested positive, through contact tracing.

Well, you need to lie in the bed you made. This run to the Courts all started with Algore famously trying to disenfranchise military personnel in 2000 and then trying to selectively recount Florida. As with most things, it is ultimately liberal Democrats who are responsible for all bad outcomes.

You probably went to a grocery store in the past two weeks. I think the AG of your state needs to send you a letter threatening you with arrest if you attempt to vote in person. After all, you may be an asymptomatic carrier and a threat to others.
Voting is a right so they dang well better come up with a way of letting them vote. OH WAIT! They can simply let people who might have a MINOR FREAKING COLD go vote like we do every other dang time!
