And the time that he's not on vacation, he's busy watching FOX News and tweeting, which brings us back to the first issue.

If he wasn't a child, he'd be able to control himself. But he is a child, and is constantly having one outburst after another.
Basically. Freedom of press used to be something that was more a core tenant of American political identity. That includes freedom to criticize Dear Leader. Actually, that used to be pretty much a granted that the media would do that. Regardless of who said Dear Leader was, media has always been a critic which was just how things operated. Nothing really new about it, newspapers have been endorsing candidates for how long now? Sometimes that means they endorse the other guy as opposed to a state-controlled media which is forced to endorse the current regime.

Doesn't mean anyone has to agree with "the media." Personally, I think Rachael Maddows is a just as much of a windbag as Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly. I'd prefer that the windbaggery be less prevalent, but it drives ratings. Fox was highly successful in injecting more opinion into their news coverage and everyone else followed suit. I don't really care for it but more people tune into the news when it has biased coverage. Maybe that makes it feel more personal, maybe people just like to hear their opinions affirmed. Doesn't really matter. More people tune into it and media has responded to that preference.

In the words of Biden, "Come on, Man". With the way Don the Con acts why wouldn't he be getting negative press? Would you prefer.... "Coming up at 5:00, some good news to brighten your day........even though new cases set a global record today, President Trump claims we turned the corner. There is no scientific data to back up that claim, but Trump said it so that's good enough for us. Again, what great news. Now, let's get to the weather."

Look at the source of this 'survey'. Seriously? Talk about bias.

What do you expect if any President uses the office to discredit and insult any media that dares challenges him?

It is an attack on 1st Amendment rights.

It is American to protect the media and thus 1st Amendment rights even if the President doesn't like nor agree with what they say.... This hasn't been the case for this President. It is unAmerican.

Trump is right about the media. They are the enemy of the people. They lie and twist constantly to push their agenda. I wonder what they will talk about if Biden wins? Will they turn on him for ratings? I doubt it, not like they have on Trump. They let Obama get away with anything he wanted (e.g. most executive orders ever, cages at the boarder, lies he told about obamacare etc). Then they lie and blame that on Trump. They will do the same for Biden. Media are complete turds.

Media bias is not something you can deny. It is a known FACT. What do you expect when ~95% of them are registered democrats. Simple math 1+1=2.

Maybe Trump is responsible for his own negative coverage.

Maybe from right-wing news sources, which make up less than 25% of TV news outlets.

OMG, smh. Trump didn't kill anyone. There was this virus called Covid 19. If you remember earlier this year Biden thought Trump stopping all travel from China a stupid idea. Just think of how many more could have died if Biden was in office. Think about that.
