This is outrageous.

Lawsuit brought by several republicans to dismiss legally cast votes by drivethru polls in Houston.

One breath of hope, two other yahoos have brought suits to do the same exact thing and both were dismissed by the Texas Supreme Court, which is 100% republican judges.

These plaintiffs are BLATANTLY trying to take the legal right to vote from their opponents.

You know the expression, in the past often used by the Right, "I may disagree with what you say, but I'll fight to the death for your right to say it". (That was a little hard to believe, but still, the statement conveys the sentiment that we are all Americans and will fight for the rights of each other, whether we disagree with their politics or not).

Where's a little of that patriotism? Can we see that again, please? (I guess we have seen it, in the Texas Supreme Court, kudos to those judges).

Nobody said every conservative or every liberal did things honest and by the books. The left does this stuff, the right does also. Both sides would be silly to try to not use every advantage. That said, I disagree with these lawsuits assuming everyone followed all the rules and showed proper identification. If Trump loses, he loses. Life will go on for me regardless.

It's sad to see the south still actively engaged in voter suppression after 155 years.

They are illegal under the state Constitution. Voters should be upset with whoever duped them into this (probably uneducated liberals).

Yes, but don't think we all support that (and of course "the south" is a large, diverse area). It's a small minority here that keeps causing these problems.

It's a scummy attempt but it will fail in the courts. (again)

Kinda nice that it's a state where the reasonable members from the same political party are slapping down the extremists.
