Obama/Biden lied to the American people for 8 years that their law would cut down our premiums and we can keep our doctors and it wasn't a tax or penalty (all lies) but Trump is to blame because he didn't have a super majority in this first term by electing again one of the a-holes that lied to us about Obamacare in the first place so he can lie to us to push Obamacare 2?

Only in America.
Why would he need a super majority? Trump promised a healthcare plan that was cheaper and better than Obamacare. All he had to do was unveil his master plan to fix healthcare to the American people. Every Democrat that voted against it would have been committing political suicide. He would have easily coasted to re-election.

I will say - in every Dem ad I've seen on the subject, they have done what politicians always do and it's likely been very effective.

Sow fear and make claims not based on reality.

"Voted against pre-existing conditions!" ... a vote from either 2010 against the ACA from the get-go, or a vote from 3-6 years ago to repeal all or part of ACA.

"In the middle of a pandemic, would take away your health care!!" ... the SC won't even release their ruling until spring 2021, and all policies run for the year.

"Where's your plan? They'll just kill ACA and not replace it!" Also related to ACA, the Barrett hearings, this is why she kept talking about severability but Dems on the panel won't tell you about it. Since the individual mandate was removed, has the ACA still functioned, or not? It has. And in some "mock trial" on this case, she was on a panel of judges, the confidential results were unanimously AGAINST the "Trump side".

Also, it took almost 4 years for the ACA to turn from law to coverage. It would take at least 2 years to unwind it, and to put anything else in place. A "Republican" ACA win just means they CAN get rid of the law, not that it becomes invalid THAT day.

Now, before I proceed ... "Where's your plan?? You've had 4 years!" is indeed another weakness, if for no other reason than messaging. Indeed, just as it was wrong for Pelosi to say "You have to vote for it to see what's in it", it is wrong to NOT actually lay out at least a framework for what a new plan would like.

and since at least 1992, the Republicans have been horrible on messaging - countering any oversimplified and overblown campaign charges. In my Senate race, the ad claims basically ignored, even though they do resonate. They should be simply countered, but of course it took me 6x the words to even provide the most basic explanation.

No, ObamaCareNot is not a winner, and most people with a clue realize it. The economy, as nearly always, is the top concern, and Trump was doing well before the plandemic (https://ise.media/video/plandemic-ii...nation-23.html) came about to promote the One World Government, and now, the economy is coming back, and Trump's next 4 years, against all odds and roadblocks thrown in his way, will be awesome!

Obamacare isnt great but the system before Obamacare was failing fast. Corporations were dropping healthcare coverage fast and furious as prices SKYROCKETED. If you didnt realize, most people got their health coverage through group policy at work. Those group policies were going away! The individual policies that actually covered anything (not just insuring against getting hit by a meteor on a Tuesday) were super expensive before Obamacare and expensive after. Pre-existing conditions excluded many. Lose your job with pre-existing conditions, you better be Big Daddy Warbucks, cause you wont have insurance.

Obamacare was a stop gap cause the Republicans stonewalled doing anything, they seriously hated idea of a black president and werent going to cooperate with Democrats even if he had been a lily white racist. Obamacare was based on Romneycare in hopes it would get Republican support. But they had moved so far right, they were frozen in headlights far as trying to do anything. They couldnt present a plan cause Republicans cant agree on that much in their own party. Embarrassing to put out plan that only half Republicans would vote for.

The healthcare system before Obamacare had already went into cash cow mode, just like most other monopolistic industries in US and world today. They dont care about providing best care or keeping costs down, except as way to increase profit. They only want to serve the wealthy cause that makes most money. Making healthcare FOR PROFIT is especially evil. Nobody should lose their home and go bankrupt cause they get sick. Other countries see sense in keeping a healthy workforce. Here, attitude is let em die and open borders for a new fresh crop of peons. Get rich or die.

Aw, perpetuating the Lies of Obama care.
Will the continuation of Obama care be based on as many lies??? Where's all the savings of O-care? The lie that Obama care wasn't a Tax? My Doctor he promised I could keep? My Insurance Company that provided me with good inexpensive insurance? Democrats trying to polish the turd and salvage the Lies of Obama care

A President doesn't write laws. Trump needs a super majority because not 1 single democrat will vote for his plan and add 2 or 3 rinos. Obamacare had super majority in his first 2 years.

Trump promised and Obama/Biden lied. Which is worse?

You ever notice, Obama can do no wrong, even after Obama care being one big lie, his destruction of other countries, even him saying he believed marriage was between a man and a woman, his secret meeting(s) with the Racist Homophobe Farrakhan
I have no problem admitting Trumps Baffoonery.
It just shows you the real Hypocrits
