Exactly. This tacit thread of continued violence is a big reason I voted straight Republican. No, your violent outbursts will not be rewarded, liberals.

Pulling cops back in the middle of the looting and rioting.
Time to teach these rioters a serious lesson. Store owners need to be allowed to protect their stores. Put signs up that say, “LOOTERS WILL BE SHOT”.
If I owned a store or home in the middle of those beasts and they threatened me in any way I would F them up in a hurry.
Just a little leadership is what we need. Just one Democratic mayor or governor say up front that the first person caught damaging property will be charged with a felony and do serious time...and every one after.
I come from a Democratic family. Since I began voting (now I'm 60) I have been a left leaning liberal. I have mostly always been out of favor with the Republican viewpoint, but with the election in 2016 I fell out of favor with the left. I sit now squarely on the fence. With that said, I feel no matter who wins that what I believe to be better will not happen. Whether it be more of the sh*t show with Trump in office if he wins, the sh*t show having a lot to do with the left over the past four years spending way more time attacking Trump then actually trying to govern, to the fear of way too far left views bleeding into socialism, I honestly think this is the first election I've gone into without much hope no matter what happens.
There will be crying, wailing, gnashing of teeth. Riots, looting, destruction, for a short time until the boss puts a lid on it.
Covid hoax will disappear. Free people everywhere will begin a return to normalcy.
Biden wins.......

Freedom dies. There will be only the Masters, and the slaves.
Trump wins . Liberals cry and riot . Nancy will not pass any stimulus as a final FU to America and we get our last 4 years of Trump to finally finish what he started . America climbs out of 2020 , gives China beating and we pickup right where we left off before the China virus came .
It is too early to ask this question. By Thanksgiving we should have a better perspective. Right now, it is like trying to assess the damage from a hurricane while it is passing overhead and you are inside the eye, waiting for the other side to hit full force.
The events that occur over the next couple of days will be important in trying to answer this sort of a question.

I shall hesitantly surmise based on recent activities in my area. Today being election day.
My township is primarily republican. So this AM, an announcement came over the radio for certain voting precincts. Basically letting voters know what to bring . Pen, IDs, gloves, and wear a mask. It was also stated that anyone feeling intimated by the small crowds of rivals to please reach out to a voter aide.
Only two chanters were asked to step back . Not one person in line to vote spoke or enticed the chanters. What a relief. So while my internal dialogue was gearing up to protect and run for cover. The reality was.... Each one of us ( repub, Dems,liberals etc) ...there
to vote . Did our Civic duty. Without hatred or harm. I'd like to think on that part we showed some tolerance and restraint.
As to this country.....it will be a tantrum like no other if trump loses. He will hold the courts hostage and quickly create laws to lead the way for his 'stand his ground' and not leave office.
This country has an opportunity to not split entirely.
To make amends , both sides.
It can happen.
Or we could just continue the finger pointing ,biasness ,racism , segregation that is toxic .
Maybe if we are lucky ...United we stand can have a more humble gesture then just words on a document ....
