I can't believe this has to be explained to anyone, let alone the President of the United States

Election officials are counting legally cast ballots - in most cases, these aren't even controversial in terms of being received after Election Day itself, they are ones that were already in the possession of the authorities and based on existing processes, they were not fully counted yet
The ONLY attempt to steal an election is by Donald Trump and any of his supporters who want to disenfranchise voters
Oh, btw, this would include disenfranchising all of those active military voters who vote by mail
No the fraud comes when The Supreme Court of Republican Toadies disregards the vote and appoints Trump president.
