And that increase is assuming that Biden does NOT keep his promise to immediately cancel the Trump tax cuts and raise them right away. Not, of course, that he can-those cuts were laws passed by both houses of congress-Biden has no more power to "cut the cuts" than he does to force a nationwide "mask mandate".
