Would he be able to force his gun restrictions or does he need congress approval?
Would there be any recourse to fight hi decisions in the courts?

He needs congress.....he also needs cooperation from the states to enforce it. If the states defy him it will be worthless paper and words

Of course he needs Congress. The Brady Bill wasn't an EO.

Of course you could fight any such law in the courts.

The most impactful thing Biden could do via EO would be to halt imports of "assault rifles", I believe. With multiple manufacturers in the US making AR-15s, that would have just about zero impact.

You can un-clutch your pearls now.

Also, if you want an AR-15 and haven't purchased one by now - what in the world is stopping you?

What 'rights' have been rolled back? I'll need examples of both ... the right and the roll back.

Protections are different than rights. Rights are outlined constitutionally and then there are those that a government should not take away... inalienable rights.

You can not or should not redefine rights.
