All of my portfolio is up, but I'm pretty heavily invested in EV stocks, and they are absolutely going nuts. Trump's attempt to immolate planet earth with fossil fuels before he dies is slowly evaporating as vote totals keep coming in. Pray for your children's and grandchildren's future that Trump is not able to take us all down with him and his exit is a swift and orderly one.

The only one " Immolating " planet earth are the Chinese and their EV industry, which are the largest contributor to air pollution, and the biggest beneficiaries of the Paris Accord

Obviously Trump apologists would be crediting him if he had won (he can still win). They did it last time, so they would do it again.

I agree with the other poster who said its because of potential gridlock. US does well economically when there is a gridlock, so GOP Senate with DEM WH would not be a bad thing. They'd be busy arguing with each others, as opposed to cramming in big "reforms".

This is true. If the Senate had turned blue it would have been the beginning of the end for us.

We are lucky to have a system of checks and balances.

Perhaps we won't look like Venezuela does at least for another couple of years.

What is funny is in reality Obama got the economy going, Trump super charged it but as it continues to move up Biden will take credit and when it goes down as it eventually will they will all blame Trump.
