That isn't how things work in my state.

You are supposed to request a mail in ballot and then vote on it and then check your ballot.

However, if you vote in person and do not request a ballot -- and someone votes on your ballot -- they are supposed to tell you when you vote in person.

They did not.

If somehow both get through they are supposed to only count one ballot.

I am sure this is probably a error in the system... but I don't see how I should have any faith in a system that has apparently broken down at several points for me here.

If you're worried about internet posters, then you cannot see the forest from the trees.
Says the guy who isn't astute enough to figure that someone might have the same relatively common name as another in an area.

Go look up the guys name in the white pages, how many are in the US?

If a plumber comes to your house and is named Michael Jordan, do you ask him to autograph a basketball....lmao.

P.S. There are about 100 John Waltons just in Illinois white pages.

A person born in 1850 was able to cast a ballot in Michigan. It was captured but when more started investigating dead people votes on the Michigan government website it was shutdown.

Uhhhhh.....

At least 847 dead people tried to vote in Michigan’s August 2020 Primary. Over 10,000 votes were rejected.

That's from your link. What am I supposed to be worried about, again?

lol. Isnt that wild? I once had a phone conversatin with someone with my same name while they threatened to send the police to my home for stealing his identity.

Nice guy once I figured out that he had in fact been the victim of identity theft in the past, and he figured out that no really my name was my name. And we shared the same name! To make it even MORE weird? We both go by our middle name.....which is ALSO the same.

I don't know if it is most states, but certain states I know you have to check via name AND address.

TxBallot.org is not a state agency. Have any evidence showing how they enter information received from the state into their system and that it's done correctly?
