Until this election is "in the books", it is premature to call either candidate the winner.
The media is calling Biden the winner, but presently, there is no clear winner, and folks posting this and that about "President elect" Biden could be terribly wrong if voter fraud is found to be the case by the courts.
Unless you want to look stupid, you would do well to let this run it course, before claiming victory.
A lot can change in the weeks ahead.
Not saying it will, but those claiming victory , need to take a step backward and wait for the verdicts.
It’s a lot clearer than trump supporters are saying it is.
The only suit that might go anywhere is the PA after 8pm one. The rest are DOA. And the PA won’t change the outcome no matter which way it goes.
And even then; precedent is that states have final say in their election laws.

In the end IF and only IF the evidence comes forward that in particular Philadelphia, Detroit and Arizona have instances where there were indeed manufactured AND altered ballots that are retrieved in number along with evidence there was willful moves made on the part of those involved with the election reading process to alter the votes towards Biden's favor to a point where it threw Trump under the bus, THEN indeed the courts could hand this back over to Trump as the president elect. Do we expect this to happen? Probably not as indeed it's an uphill battle. But by NO means "impossible". Look what happened to Busch vs. Gore.
It isn't just a matter of votes.
If voter fraud is proven, Biden may have to wait for a new election.
Voter fraud is serious, and could wind up with people going to jail.
Like I said, it isn't just a matter of votes that is being contested.
Of course it's serious, but it's very hard to commit. And so far, none of the "fraud" charges have held up in court. And the one case that was uncovered in New Jersey (I think someone forged a ballot) was uncovered quickly and the perpetrator faces felony charges. Just to show how hard it would be to commit fraud in the vote counting on any kind of scale, or at all, I'm reposting this one example from the key state of Michigan: https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlo...igan-no-fraud/
I know the Trump camp just filed a new case in Arizona, and I patiently await the results of lawsuits it plans to file on Monday. They will likely face the same fate as the previous lawsuits, because you need evidence to prevail in court, and none has been offered. Ranting on Twitter about voter fraud and a rigged election is not evidence. But it should at least be an interesting week. Let's hope it doesn't end like last week, in a parking lot next to a sex-toy shop and a crematorium.
The cases have not even been brought before the courts yet.
That happens tomorrow (Monday), so stating facts that are not facts yet is a bit of speculation on your part.
Wrong. Several were brought last week, and were thrown out. A new case was just filed in Arizona, and more will be filed on Monday (that part of your post is correct). We'll see what happens with these. But the cases brought so far have been dismissed. In one case the judge didn't even know what the complaint exactly was, because the conditions the plaintiffs were complaining about had in fact been met.
