News flash - many registered voters don't vote. The number of registered voters that don't vote typically includes dead people and people who have moved.
Some counties do a much better job of keeping up with this than others, but over-zealous purging can result in the disenfranchisement of actual voters.
But I do wonder why you are convinced that dead registered voters must be Biden voters. Are Trump voters immortal or something?

This is what I don't get. If counties don't see 100+%, how can we truly know if there is ballot stuffing unless someone is clearly caught doing it? I come to realize the Republican Party only says "We must respect the will of the people" when they win. When they don't, the party are crybabies and try to use any loophole in their favor. Happened in AZ with the McSally-Sinema 2018 race and happened in many areas in 2020 with a number of close races.

OK, I didn't read through the OP closely (it's early in the morning....maybe later), but are you saying that a specific number of votes "switched" on live TV, so that, for example, we saw in real time a removal of 20,000 votes from Trump's count at the identical time that Biden's count jumped by the same number?

At 4 seconds into the video, Trump has 1,690,589 in PA while Biden has 1,252,537 as CNN’s John King provided a breakdown of votes in PA. At 41 seconds into the video, Trump loses 19,958 votes giving him 1,670,631 while Biden votes go up by 19,958 Trump lost, giving Biden 1,272,495.
Below is the breakdown of what happened just within 40 seconds. At the start of the video, the PA total votes are:
Trump 1,690,589
Biden 1,252,537
At the end of the video the totals on the screen are for PA are:
