I'm not saying there is, and I'm not saying there isn't. A week is hardly enough to build such a case though, I would hope you would at least agree with that.

You are assuming that every Republican challenge to the vote has to have a corresponding remedy of vote counts to overturn the election.

There have been cases where entire elections were overturned when it was determined that massive fraud occurred but a remedy of adjusting vote counts could not be identified.

Judges have ordered elections to be held over.

Granted this was at the state level and I'm not saying it would happen for a Presidential election, but it is not totally outside the realm of possibility that if massive fraud is identified in certain jurisdictions, they could be ordered to reconduct their election.

Alternatively, their results could be invalidated or a whole state invalidated and tossed to state legislatures to determine the electors sent for the electoral college vote.

Depends what you mean by discrepancies.

A Texas women has already been charged with vote fraud. There will be plenty more of such cases. Plenty of dead people voting as usual.

But there will be no systemic top down fraud linked to the Dem party.

You can't build a case if there's nothing there.

We don't go through weeks of legal challenges just to look and see if there's something there regarding fraud after every election.

That's because typically both candidates can conduct themselves as adults. We're only doing so this time because we have a candidate who can't accept responsibility for anything and has to shift blame.

The funny thing is that smug dems here don't even realize that the gig is up and that Biden will not be president. They act like he has already been elected and are celebrating!

This is akin to someone standing on a beach, commenting on what a lovely day it is, while a tsunami is towering 100ft over their head behind them.

We will see.

We should keep a tally. So far Trump is 0 out 11 in court cases since last week. You should donate some money

it is not "official" until the electoral college confirms their votes on december 14 and congress confirms that action afterwards.
Very good. So we’ll get at least another solid 4-5 weeks of entrainment out of this one!

Not with respect to changing the outcome of the election, as of course that won't change. The only thing to worry about is the further damage to our democracy and trust in our elections this sore loser will inflict until he can be convinced to pack it in.
