Here's literally the line we are making:

If there is solid evidence, don't bluster about it in the media, prove it in court.

That's it.

That's how low the bar is.

Trump's "legal team" has yet to hurdle it.

That’s the beauty of what he is claiming. It’s black and white. If it, in fact, happened, he can bring evidence to court and have it proven. Thus far, he has not been able to do so.

I'm not even really attributing a lot of this to Trump anymore. Dude's still sulking on twitter. I think he knows it's over.

It's Rudy and the Useless Crew that's doing most of the blustering now.

look at what she is claiming in the media. she's not making any direct claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election it's all "could have" and the machines are "capable of". it's on par with going to ford and getting an assembly line tech to give an affidavit that a car could kill a person. technically it's true but there is no evidence of an actual murder/manslaughter and multiple actions would need to take place for that to happen.

she also appears tho conflate two unrelated companies to try and connect venezuala to this chaos.

let's wait and see what the kraken actually puts forth in a court of law ( but seeing as we have yet another attorney wanting to jump ship this morning i'm curious how much longer powell will be a part of the team ).

For now, we have plenty of red flags (enough to warrant auditing) but no smoking gun.

In any event, it's probably too early for the Trump campaign to be winning landmark court victories. Timing for this is crucial.

The more inflated the 'no systemic fraud' media narrative becomes, the greater the blast radius when someone takes a pin to it. Do it too early, then the MSM will simply deflate the news cycle in an orderly way and limp away to fight another day.

Leave it just long enough until the media are fully invested in the game (with the sum total of their credibility on the line), then the reverberations of what follow will mean they'll be dead in the water for generations to come.

We're not quite at that stage yet. Several things need to happen first along the roadmap ahead.

However, on the same day Wood publicly shared the lawsuit online, the Secretary of State's Office responded, calling the accusation a "silly baseless claim."

"Signature match is intact and the General Assembly passed legislation to allow voters who failed to include a signature time to add one," Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs said. "Fulton County only had one rejected ballot in 2018 and now they have thousands. We strengthened signature match, and will continue to do so, period.”
