Since you seem so worked up about this ... I'll take the time to type out a reply. From the above you may no longer be talking about Election night (and the early am on Wednesday)?
Referring to Election night and immediately thereafter ... What happened was that a reporter tweeted something to the effect that nothing more would happen tonight (in Philadelphia). It got misread as the counting had shutdown. The NY Post put out a headline to that effect. It's certainly possible that other outlets picked that up.
The reporter realized the confusion resulting from his wording, issued a correction. The Philadelphia election official to clarify tweeted that the count continued. He linked to a direct livestream showing that.
What added to the confusion was that vote totals per media feeds did stop updating. Once finished with the in-person votes that are fed into media reporting software, there were no updates on the absentee ballots. They are processed in batches. Officials announced the times of those updates, but obviously that was lost in the translation to many.
In other words, the count continued but the reports did not throughout the middle of that night.
Since you want to be outraged there's no point in taking the time for cites, but they are easily available back to the original tweets.
Perhaps this is too much for some folks to grasp, or perhaps for some willful ignorance, but let me be very clear and very blunt ... its OBVIOUS that the vote counting did not stop ... purely from the fact that your China Joe somehow magically overcame a 3/4 Million deficit overnight. Somebody as obviously counting something.
Nevertheless, as reported, and as you referenced such reporting, news reported a stop to counting, and that is consistent with the story told by some observers who WERE ACTUALLY THERE who say they were told that counting of mail ins would stop, and resume the next morning at 9:00 am, and were sent home for the night. So whatever story is presented after the fact is immaterial ... observers were sent home, and that is likely the both the source of the story of the stop, and the reason too, since we now know that much effort was expended to prevent observers access to the counting earlier ...
What nobody seems to even consider is the math, which I find troubling. Get your calculator out ....
In order for the overnight counting to catch and surpass a 750,000 Trump lead, its simple math ... at least a Million mail in ballots would have to have been counted. 1,000,000 divided by 10 hours = 100,000 per hour or 1,666 per minute. Anyone have an accurate figure of how many vote counters were there that night? 100? 300? 500? Lets go with 500 ..... are we to believe that each if those 500 counters could remove a ballot from an envelope, inspect and verify the legitimacy of the ballot, and do that in 15 seconds each, for 10 straight hours? (I don’t believe there were close to 500 people there counting .... probably closer to 100, if I had to guess ....) which would mean they’d have to accomplish the task at a rate of 1 ballot every 3 seconds.
Nobody finds that rather extraordinary? Seems to me, the only way this could have been accomplished is if there were literally 100 people with 100 counting machines feeding stacks of ballots into those machines non-stop, all night .... no envelopes, no validation process, and that reeks to high heaven, which explains why they didn’t want anyone there watching.

More than 3 weeks after the safest and most secure election in United States history--- as declared by his own cybersecurity experts, federal, state and local election officials, and his administration's Homeland Security professionals---Trump, his sycophantic paid lieutenants and his pitifully misled supporters are continuing to attempt what amounts to a coup. They are trying to overturn the results of the election by falsely claiming the majority of the votes of we the people should not be counted and heard, because the voices behind those votes did not endorse Trump.
One of Trump's favored metrics to measure winning is money and thankfully for him he's got a following that buys his gaslighting. Now the defeated Trump is about to execute the grift of the century as he turns his voters into paying subscribers. We had 100 million mail-in ballots, and Democrats did everything in their power to remove safeguards - signatures didn’t have to match, the postmark didn’t have to be readable, tons of ballots all for Biden delivered in the wee hours of the morning after Election Day, Republican observers forced to use binoculars, strange “count stops” in the middle of the night when Trump was ahead, and voting machines able to switch and weight votes?
If Biden gets in in Jan 20, we have no president. We have a demented old man, manipulated by the likes of Pelosi and Schumer, and with a radical leftist VP nipping at his heels.
We need to get this all straightened out before the Jan 5 run-off in GA. No stopping the count for hours, signature need to match, no counting for days after the election as new mail-in ballots are “found,” postmarks need to be clear, and Republicans get to observe.
Reality doesn't cease to exist. The chance of Biden taking oath of office never existed so it can't cease to exist.
