They have been dismissed due to lack of evidence for the most part. One was dropped by the Republicans who brought it to court, one was dismissed due to being moot.
I don't know what you mean how the cases are treated, they were filed, heard by a judge and dismissed.
The courts will decide, not me. I am participating on a forum where one would expect the debate to be backed up with some sort of facts. I guess not.
So, you expect us to provide proof? Why or how would we have proof, that's what the courts are for. As you can see, it's 0-5 right now in court...so I don't know what your point is?

The courts don't provide proof. They weigh it. So far, Trump's lawyers have fallen short.
Also votes don't come from nowhere genius. Votes are cast and then counted. But it seems like you are saying any vote cast for Biden is.illegal no matter where it came from.
