Yeah because they wanted to go against the candidate that is "pro-business" by most supporters and the campaign itself. You realize how stupid your argument sounds?
I don't believe that either. But Trump was no friend to the drug companies.
Whether you like Trump or not, at least acknowledge the pressure he has been putting of pharmaceutical companies to bring down the price of drugs. I am sure they are not happy with his executive orders to force them to sell to medicare at the same price foreign countries pay. Or that allows Americans to import drugs from Canada, where they are cheaper.
It's ok. You won. You dont have to pretend anymore. Trump did some good stuff.

I find it strange that people are apparently incapable of understanding the process of testing doesn't know a damn thing about elections and results take the time that they take. Of course we'll no doubt see many claims to the contrary, as unsupported by anything factual as are the many claims of large scale voter fraud.
Just like Trumpsters say "Nobody else would have done any better than Trump" regarding COVID all the time... I think it's fair to say "Anybody else could have passively sat there and let Pfizer develop a vaccine just as well as Trump".
But before it's over we will learn that Trump wasn't really out golfing. He was actually in Pfizer's lab cooking up the vaccine all this time.
While half-wits want to argue over Trump's role in (hopefully) an effective vaccine becoming a reality, the actual news is:
This will be an amazingly-fast discovered/developed vaccine. The "health experts" basically said "Oh, it takes 2-4 years to get a vaccine." After 30 years of trying, one particular health expert hasn't yet figured out an AIDS vaccine.
Trump does not get credit for the vaccine. He/Task Force should be getting a lot of credit for whatever happened with Warp Speed to cut out all the science bureaucracy and make it happen in record time. For funding the research, and for pre-ordering the doses.
The people at Pfizer probably withheld this announcement till after the election. Watch for more of the same from people on the left.

Eddie is absolutely correct here. Pharmaceuticals were in a race to see who could get a decent vaccine out first. The haste had nothing to do with Trump.
With that said, I wouldn’t put it past a company to delay an announcement like this for a week or two if they thought it would benefit Biden, or if they thought more people would be willing to take it if there were less association with Trump. Which would go to show you just how many people can’t separate politics from reality.
Jumping the gun are we? Remember even the proven to work polio vaccine had a setback or two. I am hopeful that the vaccines work, but I wouldn't go on to say that it is a Trump victory. There is just too much blood on Trump's hand with Covid.
Dow Jones is up 1,580 in pre-day trading, so apparently, I'm not the only person who is "jumping the gun"
Tell the millions of investors who are laying big money down on this great news.
If Trump cured cancer, you'd probably cry just because it was another Trump victory.
