Dow has been on the upswing since Oct. 30, when a Biden presidency became more and more reality.

Scientists will cure Covid if a cure and/or preventative vaccine becomes available. Trump, Biden, politicians in general are not scientists and any victory over Covid will belong solely to scientists who have worked hard to bring us hope. Politicians can help stop viral spread via policy. Trump failed completely in the one area where he could have had a positive impact.

I hope it's not mandatory, and all Democrats refuse to take it.

We could finally end the destruction America's once-great cities.

The article I read Pfizer said they were not funded through the government on this one. They want the profits.

Literally the only people crying are Trumpers. I have never seen so much whining.

Wait a second...so Pfizer, a drug company, announced positive test results for a new vaccine.

Pfizer developed the vaccine.

How is this a Trump accomplishment? Sounds like a Pfizer accomplishment to me.

Whether you like Trump or not, at least acknowledge the pressure he has been putting of pharmaceutical companies to bring down the price of drugs. I am sure they are not happy with his executive orders to force them to sell to medicare at the same price foreign countries pay. Or that allows Americans to import drugs from Canada, where they are cheaper.

It's ok. You won. You dont have to pretend anymore. Trump did some good stuff.
I have said that the problem with Trump (and mind you i didn't elect Obama either time either) is that Trump had so many bad things that pushed him back even when he did things right or didn't do them enough. For example, I remember posting in a SOTU post for i think the 2018 one that I was for the opioid epidemic fight, but Trump didn't go after drug companies or doctors who acted as pill pushers to start many people who would later seek the street drugs.

Trump supporters are pretzling. It's their "you didn't build that" moment. And most criticized Obama when he said that.
