If after all the exhaustive investigations are done and the courts rule nothing nefarious happened in the election will you accept that Biden won? or spend the next 4 years in denial?
I support a investigation being done and all the votes counted to try to appease the mases but to what extent?
if the votes are accurately and legally counted, of course. I sure do hope the RR's keep the Senate, and Joe can actually make it 4 years.
When Trump was president elect in 2016, Green Party nominee Jill Stein spearheaded a recount effort with the court on the grounds that unspecified "anomalies" may have affected the election's outcome in 3 states (Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin). Trump and his supporters filed legal motions in all three states to prevent the recounts.
Now Trump is yet again claiming fraud but now he wants the recounts.
Basically the same modus operandi. Trump will stop at nothing to keep the power.
Yeah I know. The ability some Republicans and Conservatives as well as Trump supporters to twist themselves make me think they are descendents of Barvarian pretzel makers. Apparently Republican donors do not want to support the recounts.
You don't know that. You have no clue at all about how much fraud might have happened.
Nobody does until a full audit is done.
It is statically rare to actually commit voter fraud. Plus it is over quite a few states that have to have drastic votes being thrown out for fraud or other reasons. Give it up man.
The auditors could be corrupt. We have seen videos where a poll worker filled out numerous ballots for Biden - how are those found ?
The only way to truly have a fair election on the contested states is to do the entire vote over again in person.
Then we need to first get the virus under control. FYI, I much prefer to mail in my vote. I don't have to wait in a line which can get long and work it around my work day. I do not have to deal with voting locations closing on me (has been common in AZ for years.) I can do it on my way to work and don't have to rush through the ballot if I am not sure on certain races or the dreaded judges. I have thought this for several years now.
It is because Republicans think that democrats are morally corrupt, and that they can’t possibly win because of better ideas.
Exactly. When one side regards the other side's position as being not merely misguided or unworkable, but morally execrable, unconscionable and evil, then to suppose that that other side could win fairly, would imply that the populace is itself evil or stupid. Such indictment of the public occasionally happens; witness the tirades against "pure democracy" and "tyranny of the majority". But more common is to refrain from that, instead claiming that most people, being of a decent sort, did not in fact vote for the charlatans and rogues, but what actually happened was cheating and fraud.

Something was just posted on FB yesterday, Veterans Day, by a Democrat cousin of mine in her 70s. She posted to honor her father and grandfather who were in the Spanish American War and WWII. Then she went on to honor her brother and another relative who were conscientious objectors during Vietnam Nam, because “they deserve to be honored too.” I found this utterly appalling and an insult to those who risked their lives, including all 3 of my sons.
This is a perfect illustration, to me, of why I do not understand those who are on the opposite side politically.
