So much for this all ending Nov 3rd.

“Our hospitals are full,” Herbert said in the clip. “This threatens patients who rely on hospital care from everything from covid-19 to emergencies like heart attacks, strokes, surgeries and trauma. We must work together to keep infections low until a vaccine is available.”

I think Herbert was possibly waiting until the election to issue it so it wouldnt affect Cox's chances. He was the Lt. Governor and is now Governor elect.

I am sure this will just ramp up the anti-mask rallies and efforts here. Sigh. I'm sure we will end up on the news yet again soon enough.

We have a mask requirement here in Nevada and it doesn't seem to help much, if at all.

I still think it's worth wearing one where you need to, but I'm not sure how effective it really is.

We were just up in Springdale, UT a few weeks ago to visit Zion. Almost everyone I saw in town was wearing a mask. Not so much at Zion, but that's outdoors and wouldn't be necessary if you're not around anyone.
