You don't care about the 5%. But 70% of Republicans think the election was stolen. The swing northern states have been anything but transparent. If a third of the population believes you stole the election, you have a real problem.

Do you believe Biden didn't get the votes needed to win? If so I'll ask you the same question: Who would have to say that Biden really did win in order for you to believe it?

Would those 70% be happy to have an investigation done of all mail in ballots in all 50 states, including those seats won by Republicans? I see McConnell thinks there should be an investigation, but he seemed happy enough with the Republicans who won who were on the same ballot.

Who would have to tell that 70% that it was legit?

If I was Joe Biden I'd just tell people that I was going to remove marijuana from the schedule 1 list of drugs when he gets in office. It would turn enough of the republicans in support of him to pretty much stop the election fraud debate in it's tracks. I don't understand what the big resistance is towards this issue by the swamp. It's less harmful than alcohol.

Neither Biden nor Kamala I believe support this however. I suppose they'll save this as ammo for the 2024 election. If Biden didn't campaign on it, he's not going to do this during his term. By then half the states will have some sort of recreational in place. If South Dakota can do it, the rest of the dominoes will fall... of course not all states have a robust initiative process that lets people pass amendments that can't be easily changed by the legislature.
