A good number of them don't even get fresh air and sunlight more than once a week, at most. It's not healthy to marinate on TV news and Interweb politics sites, yet this is the obsession that's overtaken so many.
I've said it before, but if their 16 yr old selves could see their middle-age and older selves right now, that 16 yr old would be horrified at their future selves and what they've allowed themselves to become and turn into.

not for nothing,..but there are some horrible 16yr olds out there too who marinate in everything the interwebz has to offer.
