What about it? A legal process, defined in the Constitution, was followed. Trump was impeached by the House, acquitted by the Senate. We are now in the midst of another legal process: election, followed by recounts IF they are warranted. When the process is over we will have the final answer. Unfortunately the President still has not indicated that he will accept the final answer.

Once again, there is no fraud...you maga people are so unamerican its insane...you all need to just give it up already...Trump lost fair and square because he is a terrible president. As much as you want America to become a dictatorship under 1 party rule, it's not happening...Biden is going to be sworn in on Jan 20th.

Did you know that he and his wife were both killed in a car crash a few years ago? In a taxi coming home from the airport. So sad.

And it's not a mere "recount." It's a full audit and a recanvass (whatever that is).

That is never happening. Currently, despite what the media and liberals think, plans are set for a recount starting Nov 15th after the "final" results are verified from the precincts. After that, the recounts and elimination of fraudulent ballots begins.

This is in the hands of the state legislatures (republican) and the Supreme Court (republican). Trump is the guaranteed winner and Joe will never be president. When this becomes a reality, dems will be shocked and outraged. They will claim the election has been "stolen" from Biden, when in fact that opposite was attempted.

Even when those responsible are tried and prosecuted, the dems will never admit the fraud.
No guarantees about anything ... but you are correct on the Constitutional Mandate.

The Constitution does NOT allow for a new Election. The Constitution DOES allow and dictate for dealing with Irregularities and Disputes in the States and determining Electoral Votes s d the counting of same.

The Important Date here is not January 20, it is December 14.

Mid-November through December 14, 2020

After the presidential election, the Governor of your State prepares seven Certificates of Ascertainment. “As soon as practicable,” after the election results in your State are certified, the Governor sends one of those original Certificates of Ascertainment to the Archivist.

By December 8, 2020—States resolve controversies

(at least six days before the meeting of the electors)

States must make final decisions in any controversies over the appointment of their electors at least six days before the meeting of the electors. This is so their electoral votes will be presumed valid when presented to Congress. Decisions by States’ courts are conclusive, if decided under laws enacted before Election Day.

December 14, 2020—electors vote in their States

The electors meet in their respective States and vote for President and Vice President on separate ballots. The electors record their votes on six Certificates of Vote, which are paired with the six remaining Certificates of Ascertainment. The electors sign, seal, and certify six sets of electoral votes. A set of electoral votes consists of one Certificate of Ascertainment and one Certificate of Vote.

the rest of you, take note so that you're not in a world of hurt soon.
A presidential election has NEVER been overturned in the history of the US, and there's no reason to overturn one now either.
So Trump is a sore loser. Those who voted for him might consider showing some sanity like this poster I have quoted.
They used to actually teach both Civics and History in Schools. There are 2 Precedents for a State Legislature overturning a State Vote due to irregularities.

It is truly hard to believe what inspires these Trump supporters to try and usurp democracy, other than ignorance, brainwashing, and mental illness, or some combination of all three.

If you delegitimize a legitimate election, then our democracy is over, and elections, and the will of the people, is finished. This is what some Republicans want (not a majority of them, in my opinion)
