The election will NOT be redone.
The outcomes are as follows (IMHO in order of most likely to happen)
1. SCOTUS refuses to hear enough cases to matter and Biden Wins
2. SCOTUS rules lead to a Biden win.
3. SCOTUS rulings are mixed and Biden wins
4. Recounts such as the MI and Georgia give Trump ECVs Trump wins.
5. PA count is considered utterly corrupt and SCOTUS rules the count at the end of the night on election day stands and Trump wins those ECVs.
6. Chaos ensues, Courts rule the count doesn't stand in any way due to fraud. They will then toss this to the Congress to settle. In that event the House will decide the President, the Senate will decide the VP.
This is the least likely scenario. BUT the most delicious.
The vote in the senate is simple majority.
The vote in the House is by state. Each state gets 1 vote. So each state will hold a caucus, they will vote for who they want to be president. In the case of a tie, that state forfeits their vote.
Republicans hold a very slight edge in the state caucuses. However MANY of these states are very slim leads. so 1 liberal republican who doesn't like Trump could mess things up big time. ALSO (this is the really interesting part) The Congress is not limited to voting for either Biden or Trump. They can vote for anyone they want.
could get really interesting.... but not likely at all
