Between 11 million and 22 million votes were changed.

Your whistleblower recanted because he made it up regarding USPS..... Why should anyone believe your side is honest?
Nope, you need to quit listening to faux not news.

And rather than go to the state officials or the federal department that handles voter fraud they went to Rudy?

Yeah. That's totally believable.

It would be the first time in history a 14k+ lead would be overturned. Recounts general change the vote by a couple of hundred votes.

Honestly, recount GA. Recount AZ, Recount PA, Recount WI. The longer Trump spends fighting the election results, the less time he spends on doing whatever he can during his lame-duck session to further screw up our country.
Couldn't agree more

OK, here's what I don't get with a recount:

All it does is count the ballots to make sure that people who voted for Trump got counted for Trump, and Biden for Biden. But it wouldn't capture fake ballots that may have been delivered to polling stations at 4 a.m., or back-dated. Neither would it account for why certain counties had "curing" and others did not (within the same state). Nor would it explain why Republican watchers were forced to watch from 100 feet away.

All it would do is count the number of ballots for Biden, including fake ones.

Tell me what I'm failing to understand.

And does Rudy have any proof to back up his non-sense?

Recount does not catch invalid ballots, mismatched signatures, late ballots, etc. If anything, hand counting is more error prone. I would also check the tabulation software. Isn't it odd that we still don't know who the vendor is. We knew about Diebold. Who is it now?

The election will NOT be redone.

The outcomes are as follows (IMHO in order of most likely to happen)
1. SCOTUS refuses to hear enough cases to matter and Biden Wins
2. SCOTUS rules lead to a Biden win.
3. SCOTUS rulings are mixed and Biden wins
4. Recounts such as the MI and Georgia give Trump ECVs Trump wins.
5. PA count is considered utterly corrupt and SCOTUS rules the count at the end of the night on election day stands and Trump wins those ECVs.
6. Chaos ensues, Courts rule the count doesn't stand in any way due to fraud. They will then toss this to the Congress to settle. In that event the House will decide the President, the Senate will decide the VP.
This is the least likely scenario. BUT the most delicious.
The vote in the senate is simple majority.
The vote in the House is by state. Each state gets 1 vote. So each state will hold a caucus, they will vote for who they want to be president. In the case of a tie, that state forfeits their vote.
Republicans hold a very slight edge in the state caucuses. However MANY of these states are very slim leads. so 1 liberal republican who doesn't like Trump could mess things up big time. ALSO (this is the really interesting part) The Congress is not limited to voting for either Biden or Trump. They can vote for anyone they want.

could get really interesting.... but not likely at all
