Correct but the courts will decide which ballots will be counted. Trump still has a great shot at re-election...I'm happy to see Dems disregarding this reality, it will make Trump winning that much more fun.

I don't see how he will somehow prevail. The quality of the lawsuits they are presenting is sad.
Are you a qualified Legal analyst privy to the lawsuits and familiar with Constitutional Law and the laws of the states in question as well as the evidence being tabulated....thought not.

Are you? I'm reading some of the actual lawsuits and funny, so many keep getting dismissed....a couple of insignificant wins. Maybe something substantial will show up.

If Arizona goes, that drops Joe to 279. His inauguration is still on January 20.
