I was thinking the same thing, and not just about 2016 but about all the other states using Dominion in 2020. If Dominion was programmed to favor Biden in those 5 states, then maybe they were programmed to favor Trump in other states like Utah, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida and Ohio. So...maybe we should have a do-over in all those states?

I have done research into the claims Federal election commission did lot of testing on the voting machines all public information that's what all the states rely on for certification. Texas has their own system to verify they rejected the dominion software because of way it functioned not because of it's security. They wanted bar codes on the ballots to trace it back to a person other functions Dominion didn't offer.
Most don't bother with that just repeat what they hear.
