No, I do not watch or read Kayleigh. If there has been a case filed then there would be court documents regarding that case available. Alas there doesn't seem to be any new cases regarding the presidential election in NV at this time.

Kayleigh is pretending this Nevada race is meaningful in regards to their claims of fraud. She is using the impressive sounding "150k votes thrown out! " without explaining the details showing that the one local race had a super small margin and 139 discrepancies (which can be a host of mundane things like someone forgot to sign, not just fraud), so to be safe, they decided to do a revote.
Nothing more. All other races certified. Utterly, absolutely miniscule compared to what they are claiming it signifies.
I think this is far from over. Apparently they are still preparing evidence about the software changing votes to favor Biden. And there are weird voting reporting irregularities such as huge block counts, and huge minus block counts. And vote count reports where the percent between Trump and Biden do not change, which is impossible.
If they can prove that the software adjusted vote tallies instructed by a server overseas, the ramifications are incredible. Nothing less then treason.

Sigh. I read her tweet, so I know she is actually talking about the situation that I described and wildly misrepresenting it. One local race will be redone. . 09% of votes had discrepancies. Razor thin margin of 10 votes. All other races on ballot INCLUDING President certified because the margins were nowhere near that close.
